Tyler Ortiz
Tyler was born and raised in Orange County. He didn’t grow up in a Spanish speaking family and it wasn’t until high school where he took a spanish class. In the class he developed a love for studying language and culture.
That turned into 4 years of classes and obtaining a seal of biliteracy. With a love for traveling and adventure that led to trips to Central and South America gaining hands-on experience. He’s learned how useful spanish can be and the joys of getting to speak to people in their native language.
This year he is most excited to see the students gain confidence in learning a new language.
